Customer Service

Technical Sales and Solutions’ primary objective is to provide quality service and support to all customers. TSSNE focuses a great deal of effort on building a good rapport with engineering and manufacturing, as well as the purchasing department, to accommodate customer requirements.  In this fast-paced and ever-changing industry, TSSNE understands that today's start-up company could be tomorrow's million-dollar organization.  For this reason, TSSNE prides itself on providing outstanding quality service and attention to all accounts...   however large or small.

Principal Service

Technical Sales and Solutions is responsive to its principals’ needs. Communication is a critical factor in any successful relationship, and TSSNE believes in providing feedback for all inquiries and leads.  TSSNE views its role in the principal-customer relationship as being the facilitator and does not attempt to interfere as a third party.

TSSNE places a strong emphasis at the beginning of the sales cycle, the design phase. Communication with engineering and design personnel has always been a major component for selling any principal's product.   Gaining the approval of design engineers has led TSSNE's principals to a great deal of success.
