critical factor in any successful relationship, and TSSNE believes in providing feedback
for all inquiries and leads. TSSNE views its role in the principal-customer
relationship as being the facilitator and does not attempt to interfere as a third party.

of the sales cycle, the design phase. Communication with engineering and design
